We stand behind everything we sell but occasionally things don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you for the best solution. Please read "Returns" and "Returns and Refund Policy" below for more information.
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one to two business days of being placed. However, due to high volume and Covid-19 supply chain issues, delays of 3 days or more may be possible.
In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes. Due to our dealer agreements, some items may not be allowed to be shipped, please check with us before ordering.

In-store pickup is free for all standard items. Bicycles and oversized items may have additional shipping and assembly fees. Most orders will be ready within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Items must be picked up within 14 days unless otherwise arranged. Orders left for over 14 days will be considered abandoned and returned to stock without refund.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
If there is a problem with a product that you purchased from us, contact us or bring it back to us within 30 days. We will refund the original purchase amount or replace the item within 30 days of your purchase for defective items returned in new condition. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
Shoes – We do not stock or inventory shoes. Shoes are considered a special order item and can only be returned for defect. We are not responsible for size errors.
Special orders – Special order items can only be returned for defect, we are not responsible for non-stock items you purchase without first consulting compatibility, fitment and/ or function.
Custom Wheels – Custom built wheels can only be returned for defect.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs if you received incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used or has been opened will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods have not been used or damaged.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. This includes clothing and shoes.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. The gift certificate may be in digital or paper form at our discretion.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
