For the self-coached athlete who desires structure, proper progressions and the confidence to get to the finish line injury-free and strong, consider a Hypercat training plan. Choose from 8, 12, 16 and 24 week plans for sprint, olympic, half and ironman distance triathlons. If you are gunning to ride a century, swim an open water race or run a half marathon or marathon event, we've got you covered, too!

Custom Training Plans
If you are a self-coached or budget minded athlete, consider the affordable option of a custom training plan. With this option Hypercat coaches create a training program to suit to your personal needs including your current fitness, goals, schedule, strengths and performance limiters.
Custom training plans include a phone or in-person consultation with your coach and pre-race strategy discussion and are offered for a one-time flat fee. Our goal is to provide you with the strategy and approach to train smart and prepare mentally and physically to cross the finish line triumphantly!
