Race Specific & Pre-built Training Plans
 

For the self-coached athlete who desires structure, proper progressions and the confidence to get to the finish line injury-free and strong, consider a Hypercat training plan.  Choose from 8, 12, 16 and 24 week plans for sprint, olympic, half and ironman distance triathlons.  If you are gunning to ride a century, swim an open water race or run a half marathon or marathon event, we've got you covered, too!
 
Our race specific training plans include programs for the various Alcatraz themed triathlons, Wildflower Triathlons, Vineman 70.3 and Full Vineman, 70.3 and Ironman distance events across the globe and over 30 other events.

When you purchase a Hypercat training plan you will receive a basic Training peaks account which will allow you to log training, upload data from  training gadgets, view basic graphs and post questions to a group message board.

Custom Training Plans

If you are a self-coached or budget minded athlete, consider the affordable option of a custom training plan. With this option Hypercat coaches create a training program to suit to your personal needs including your current fitness, goals, schedule, strengths and performance limiters.

Custom training plans include a phone or in-person consultation with your coach and pre-race strategy discussion and are offered for a one-time flat fee.
