These three-hour clinics will prepare you to swim comfortably in open water. We will teach you everything you need to know: relaxation skills, how to overcome the cold, tides, and sighting skills. The program includes a one-hour talk / Q&A, a 20- to 30-minute swim (depending on the water temperature), and a Q&A after the swim. If you are interested in trying open water swimming for the first time, are apprehensive about the cold water, want to transfer your pool swimming skills to a more challenging environment, or want to know more about what swimming in a natural environment feels like, this intro clinic is a perfect introduction to the bay.

Join Coach Rachel Sears Casanta for the first of a three clinic series on running form and technique. This clinic will introduce you to drills, cues and strategies for injury prevention and help improve your running form, technique and economy. Each clinic will begin with a warm-up and coach-led form work followed by a long run, duration is your choice.
