    Drills and strategies for Injury Prevention, Form, Economy and Speed.

    Join Coach Rachel Sears Casanta for the first of a three clinic series on running form and technique. This clinic will introduce you to drills, cues and strategies for injury prevention and help improve your running form, technique and economy. Each clinic will begin with a warm-up and coach-led form work followed by a long run, duration is your choice.  This schedule is designed to give you the opportunity to learn more about running form without missing your weekend long run.
