How does coaching work?
Start the gears turning by completing the coaching interest form.
A Hypercat coach will contact you to set up a time to meet and discuss your goals, needs, expectations. You'll learn what to expect and how to get the most from your coaching experience. We'll create your training strategy and follow your progress through your training logs, offering feedback through emails, phone calls and in person meetings. Through regular bench mark testing as well the monitoring of your training data and race results, your coach will gauge and adjust your training volume and intensity to help you get the most out of your training. Depending on where you live, we may also support you at training events and race events. Hypercat coaches travel to race and coach extensively.
