April 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 23rd are the last 4 "free" Wildflower clinics at Sportsbasement. I will be leading a discussion of the final race week prep and race weekend logistics, these are excellent topics for anyone who has never participated in Wildflower and has questions about the unique experience of the weekend.
