TrainingPeaks is an incredibly robust training and logging tool. To help you get the most from your account, here is a Hypercat Racing TrainingPeaks Tip of the Week.

 

Log your equipment usage.  Did you know that you can keep track of the mileage of your running shoes or even how many miles you have put on your road bike, time trial or triathlon bike? 

 

1) Click on a workout box.
2) Click the second tab from the left "Equipment"
3) Choose "add or manage equipment" 
4) Select "shoes" or "bikes" and add information accordingly.

 

Once you've added a shoe (for example) remember to select it when you log a run workout so that the mileage covered ......
