On January 6th, 2016, my husband's Aunt Beverly passed away after a battle with breast cancer.  When a family member dies, it rocks you to you core and forces you to look at mortality up close, to consider your own life and how you choose to spend your limited time on God's green Earth.

I've been coaching endurance athletes as a full-time profession for 15+ years. It is a rewarding pursuit on so many levels.
